We manufacture made to order standard and custom piping flange gaskets to ASME B16.21 dimensions or whatever you require.

Common materials include

SBR (red rubber)

Cloth inserted SBR (black rubber)

Neoprene (black and white)

Viton (black and white)

EPDM (black and white)

EPDM certed to NSF61 (drinking water standard)

Nitrile Buna (black and white)

We have made gaskets as small as several millimeters to as large as a 108″ piping flange! We can segment large style gaskets (puzzle piece) if you have a vessel or flange that is over 60″ in a length or width dimension.
